新冠病毒疫苗的告示

按照“知情、自愿、自费、风险自担”原则，汕尾市已启动在汕外籍人士接种新冠病毒疫苗工作。在汕外籍人士可通过“粤健通”微信服务平台进行预约接种。

一、接种对象

在汕尾市内年龄18周岁至59周岁的外籍人士可自愿接种。

三、预约方式

搜索“粤健通”微信小程序，点击“Foreigners Covid-19 vaccination appointment”进行预约。预约成功后，携带中华人民共和国外国人永久居留身份证或护照及有效停居留证件、医保参保凭证按约定时间前往汕尾市人民医院进行接种。

四、接种收费

（1）免费接种

已参加广东省社会保障医疗保险，或属于国家有关规定明确可免费接种疫苗的外籍人士。

（2）自费接种

未参加广东省社会保障医疗保险，且不属于国家有关规定明确可免费接种疫苗的外籍人士需自费接种，费用为100元/剂次。

五、注意事项

在接种前，需做好个人防护并主动告知健康状况，配合现场医务人员做好知情告知、信息登记，签署知情同意书和免责承诺书。完成疫苗接种后，应在接种点留观30分钟，无不适症状后方可离开。接种14天内请密切关注自身身体情况，如有不适，请及时就医。

Notice of COVID-19 Vaccination Appointment for Foreigners in Shanwei

According to the principles of informed consent, voluntariness, self-funded and voluntary assumption of risks, Shanwei has started COVID-19 vaccination for foreigners. Foreigners can make a vaccination appointment through the WeChat service platform “粤健通” (scan the QR code below).

1. Recipients

Foreigners who are aged 18 to 59 can get vaccinated voluntarily in Shanwei.

3. Appointment method

Search “粤健通” on WeChat service platform, enter “Foreigners Covid-19 vaccination appointment” and make an appointment. After the appointment is made, you can get vaccinated in Shanwei People’s Hospital at the appointed time by bringing your Permanent Residence ID Card of the People's Republic of China or passport as well as a residence permit, and a medical insurance proof (if available).

4. Charge for vaccination

(1) Free of charge

Foreigners who have bought social insurance (including medical insurance) in Guangdong or enjoy the reciprocal medical treatment according to the relevant national regulations can be vaccinated free of charge.

(2) Self-funded

Foreigners who neither buy social insurance (including medical insurance) in Guangdong nor enjoy the reciprocal medical treatment according to the relevant national regulations will be vaccinated at their own expense, which is 100 RMB per dose.

5. Precautions for vaccination

Before vaccination, you should ensure personal protection and report your health status truthfully to the on-site medical staff, cooperate with the medical staff in the prescribed procedures, and sign the Informed Consent and the Letter of Commitment. After vaccination, you should stay at the vaccination site for observation for 30 minutes. And you should pay close attention to your physical condition within 14 days. If you feel any discomfort, please seek medical treatment in time.
